Tuesdays @ 6:00am – March 24th – June 16th


Wednesday @ 9:30am – March 25th – June 17th           **NOTE no class April 15th 


Thursdays @ 6:00am – March 26th – June 18th             **NOTE no class April 2nd & April 16th

Work your muscles and your heart with this awesome interval training class in the mornings.

Tabata classes consist of timed exercises with short rests in between to combine strengthening and cardio work.

Margaret-Anne is a CanFitPro-certified Fitness Instructor and has been teaching fitness for 25 years. You will not be disappointed!
