Balancing movement with breath, this flow-based class will leave you feeling energized and mentally focused. This class will activate internal heat as  movement is offered between sets of postures.

Thursdays 8:00-9:00PM

Move through basic poses in a slow flow. Within this class, there is an emphasis on proper alignment and activation of muscle groups. Hands on adjustments and modifications are always offered.

Sarah Memme, B.A., B.Ed, M.Ed, RYT-200

Sarah has always been involved in physical activity, but not until a severe rugby injury did she turn to yoga.  Sarah has now been practicing yoga for over 10 years.  The subtle yet profound shifts inspired by attending yoga classes with teachers that she began to connect with eventually led her to continue on the path to teach yoga; further she was able to discover both the spiritual and physical benefits a regular yoga practice has to offer.

The classes Sarah teaches reflects her passions for yoga – through playful challenges, fun energy and succulent stretches.  Sarah’s focus on yoga is around accessibility, kindness and compassion;  each class is diffenent!  Always expect that you will have options as you move through Sarah’s classes; you will work hard, find energy and laugh within her classes.

Sarah has a background in psychology, education and a Master’s in Education with a focus on leadership.  She has her 200 hour training focused on an alignment based practice, along with various Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings, Kids Yoga Training, and more.
