The Baby Point Club is thrilled to extend Gentle Yoga with Amyris this spring and early summer with another 6-week course offering for our members starting Tuesday May 16 at 6:30 PM!
Classes with a gentle approach to increase flexibility and create space so that you can enjoy all the benefits of yoga. Amyris teaches classes focusing on stress relief and making yoga available to everyone. She provides a safe environment that promotes relaxation, introspection, and healing. Practice in the trusting company of friends and neighbours! Just bring your mat, large towel or blanket!
