(the “Club”) will be held online via zoom, on March 23rd, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. for the following purposes; - To receive the Financial Statements of the Club for the year ended December 31, 2021.
- To appoint Loftus Allen & Co. as the auditor of the Club for 2022.
- To appoint the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the By-Laws of the Club.
- To provide an update on various Club activities.
- To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting and/or the adjournment or adjournments thereof.
